Kick-off

We have the pleasure to announce the official launch of the 2025- Fields for Food or Fuel? initiative.

We thank our sponsors and experts which have made this possible and with whom we are now engaging upon an exciting time of creative collaboration.

The different steps of this scenario planning process are as follows:

• Aug-Sept 2007: Interviews with all the participants
• 1-2 Oct 2007: Workshop 1 - Explore the key drivers in the environment
• 6-7 Dec 2007: Workshop 2 - Identify critical uncertainties and create scenario seeds
• 21-22 Feb 2008: Workshop 3 - Develop detailed scenarios and assess the impact
• April 2008: in-company presentations and discussions

If you only have now heard about this initiative and still wish to participate, please urgently contact the organizers to explore any possible options for joining the process.

Location and timing

Workshops will take place at the Grand Hotel du Domaine de Divonne, Divonne les Bains, which is about 15 min from Geneva airport. Each workshop will start at 08:30 on the first day and will close at 17:00 on the second day allowing participants to return the same day.
